Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Unload and organize building materials at job sites to keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from foremen and project managers.
- Perform general cleanup, debris removal, and site restoration after work is completed.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from various job sites.
- Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
