Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and hauling materials.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently under the supervision of a foreman.
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up temporary structures.
- Unload and organize lumber, bricks, and other materials from delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Follow verbal and written instructions to complete daily tasks accurately.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, specifically on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
