Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read blueprints and technical schematics
- Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Perform safety inspections and preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines
- Document work orders and maintain equipment logs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- No electrical experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physical stamina for climbing ladders and working in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and load calculations
- Willingness to obtain journeyman certification within 2 years
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
