Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in clearing, digging, and preparing construction sites for various projects.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Operational Support: Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under the supervision of foremen.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to OSHA safety standards and site protocols to ensure a secure environment.
- Demolition & Cleanup: Perform light demolition tasks and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist Trades: Provide support to electricians, plumbers, and carpenters as needed.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous construction or labor experience is preferred; we offer training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- License: Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
