Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in site preparation, including clearing, digging, and leveling areas for construction projects.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute building materials, tools, and equipment to and from the site.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Support Duties: Perform various support tasks such as cleaning job sites, mixing concrete, and assisting skilled tradespeople.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Help maintain the quality of work by following blueprints and supervisor instructions closely.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior construction or landscaping experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
