Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling per blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts, power tools) with precision
- Install scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA standards
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet project deadlines efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or trade school certification
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Class B CDL or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for 6 AM daily start times
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory tracking
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening (pre-employment)
