Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, including clearing debris, digging trenches, and grading.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all site safety protocols.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in various building tasks as directed by foremen.
- Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks including concrete pouring, framing, and demolition.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety instructions.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to the job site is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
