Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, excavation, and cleanup.
- Load and unload construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Operate power tools and construction equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations on the job site.
- Help frame walls, install drywall, and perform basic carpentry tasks as needed.
- Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience in construction is a plus, but we offer training for qualified candidates.
