Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including concrete pouring, framing, and drywall installation.
- Keep the work site clean, organized, and free of debris at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
- Operate and maintain basic construction equipment and tools.
- Perform site inspections and report any hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
