Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Ensure all work sites are clean, organized, and adhere to OSHA safety standards.
- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and testing using approved diagnostic tools.
- Prepare and transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project status.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding electrical codes and regulations.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required: We are looking for candidates with a strong willingness to learn and a good work ethic.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to various job sites.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED is a plus but not mandatory.
