Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for use by the crew.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards (safety compliance).
- Dig trenches, pour concrete, and perform general site preparation.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Lift heavy objects and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and ordering materials.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
