Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including digging, lifting, and clearing debris.
- Load and unload construction materials and tools from delivery trucks.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols.
- Operate basic construction equipment, such as forklifts, jackhammers, and power washers, under supervision.
- Perform general cleanup duties to maintain a tidy and safe work environment.
- Support journey-level tradespeople with daily tasks and project requirements.
- Adhere to project schedules and meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for the right candidates.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic understanding of safety standards is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
