Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and HVAC technicians) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning the job site.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
