Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and hauling.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety instructions.
- Perform minor site cleanup and waste removal.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Valid government-issued ID or driver's license (preferred).
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Physical stamina required for standing, bending, and walking.
