Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor duties, including loading and unloading materials.
- Operate construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, framing, and drywall installation.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and work orders.
- Move and position materials using hand tools and power equipment.
- Support concrete pouring, excavation, or renovation projects as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols and site cleanliness.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided for skilled trades.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
