Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, trenching, and general site cleanup.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment (wheelbarrows, power washers, etc.) under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, plumbers) with daily project tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize building materials to ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and crew members.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a regular basis.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
