Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Perform basic pipe cutting, threading, and fitting under supervision.
- Locate and diagnose common plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and low water pressure.
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, faucets, and water heaters.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and work orders to understand project requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring all tools and materials are accounted for.
- Adhere to all local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various environments, including under sinks, in crawl spaces, and outdoors.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Enthusiasm for learning the trade and willingness to get hands-on.
