Responsibilities
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and valves.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently and effectively.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine layout.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, zoning regulations, and state plumbing laws.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including accurate estimates and clear communication.
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections to prevent future system failures.
- Mentor junior staff and ensure a safe working environment for the crew.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of piping materials, drainage systems, and water heaters.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Valid Texas Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to perform strenuous tasks, including lifting heavy materials, working in confined spaces, and climbing ladders.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade.
