Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Prepare job sites by digging trenches, mixing concrete, and erecting scaffolding.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, bending conduit, and mounting fixtures under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Run errands to supply stores or job sites as directed by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to obtain an Electrical Journeyman license through our apprenticeship program.
- Basic physical stamina required (ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions).
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
