Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to site safety regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety plans.
- Handle heavy lifting and physical labor in varying weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Willingness to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols (OSHA 10 preferred).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
