Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and responsibly
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
Qualifications
- No experience required—comprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
