Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, connecting outlets, and mounting fixtures under supervision.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including job sites and tool areas.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to understand project requirements and provide updates.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we are looking for candidates eager to learn the trade.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read simple diagrams or blueprints.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
