Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks such as loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily project duties.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Mix concrete, sand, and cement for foundations and structures.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations on-site.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- No experience required. A strong willingness to learn is the only prerequisite.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic physical fitness and stamina required for standing, walking, and climbing.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
