Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand tools
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Operate light machinery under supervision (e.g., jackhammers, saws)
- Report equipment issues and safety hazards to supervisors
- Complete daily tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - training provided
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
