Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and reporting procedures
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train!
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license with clean record preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Basic math skills for material measurement
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
