Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks including loading and unloading materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Perform basic demolition and site preparation duties.
- Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Transport tools and materials between job sites.
- Communicate effectively with team leaders and other crew members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required).
