Your Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks, including framing, drywalling, and finishing.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment to and from the job site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform basic measurements and measurements checks to ensure project accuracy.
- Demolish structures and prepare sites for new construction projects.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
