Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, lighting, and wiring in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan electrical layouts.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by strictly adhering to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues to provide effective, safe solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide status updates.
- Utilize power tools and testing equipment accurately to complete tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Willingness to obtain necessary licenses and certifications (we assist with training).
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the electrical trade.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
