What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Ensure work sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, lifting, and moving debris.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we provide the training!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
