Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist in the preparation and cleaning of job sites.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery under supervision.
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with rough carpentry or site preparation.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and fellow team members.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or certification is required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
- Strong desire to learn and work as part of a team.
