Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site at all times.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various onsite tasks.
- Load and unload delivery trucks and organize materials efficiently.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
