Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including loading, unloading, and staging materials.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure workplace safety.
- Dig trenches, backfill holes, and move dirt or debris as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other crew members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required. We value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
