Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools efficiently and maintain them in good working order.
- Prepare job sites by digging, leveling, and setting forms for concrete.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work area at all times.
- Perform general cleanup duties including debris removal and trash hauling.
- Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy labor for 8+ hours a day.
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to read basic blueprints or drawings is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
