Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate power tools and light construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various job site duties as directed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and storage areas.
- Follow all project blueprints, specifications, and safety guidelines.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols is a plus.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
