Responsibilities
- Perform general physical labor on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and hauling heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and installations.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site, strictly adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and site plans.
- Unload and stack construction materials at the job site.
- Perform routine site cleanup and debris removal.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
- Experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required (willing to train the right candidate).
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
