Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction tasks, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials to and from the job site.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and ensuring the area is safe for operations.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment (hand tools, power tools) under the supervision of senior crew members.
- Follow all safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Perform general cleanup duties, including sweeping, hauling trash, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other crew members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work in varying weather conditions.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Attitude: Willingness to learn new skills and a strong desire to work as part of a team.
- Experience: Previous construction or manual labor experience is a plus but not required.
