Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Clean and prepare job sites before and after shifts.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment following OSHA regulations.
- Transport tools and materials to various work areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods (standing, lifting, bending).
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
