Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Install and replace pipes, fixtures, and appliances (water heaters, toilets, sinks).
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to plan layouts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent future issues.
- Manage personal tools, vehicle, and time efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in the plumbing trade.
- Strong knowledge of pipe materials (copper, PEX, PVC).
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in tight or confined spaces.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
