Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure proper installation.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and safely.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and organized after every job.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding project status and requirements.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license (required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on electrical experience.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
