Responsibilities
- Assist with material handling, loading/unloading, and equipment operation under supervision
- Perform site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal to maintain safety standards
- Support skilled trades with basic tasks like digging, trenching, and form setup
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on active construction sites
- Operate hand/power tools safely (training provided)
- Maintain organized work areas and report equipment issues
- Complete daily task documentation and progress updates
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - we provide paid training!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts
