Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
- Install and connect wiring, fixtures, and electrical components to code.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress.
- Assist in troubleshooting minor electrical issues to ensure system efficiency.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
