Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and setups.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols strictly.
- Transport heavy materials using dollies, forklifts, or manual labor.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of scaffolding and barricades.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
