Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Inspect electrical systems to identify faults, hazards, or code violations.
- Install and maintain lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers.
- Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively and professionally.
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Reliable transportation to the Minneapolis job site.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- A strong desire to learn the trade and a commitment to safety.
