Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including digging, grading, and leveling.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Operate power tools and construction equipment safely under supervision.
- Perform basic carpentry, framing, or concrete finishing tasks as directed.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Support crew leaders with daily tasks and project logistics.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols (OSHA guidelines).
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
