Responsibilities
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) for site preparation
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Assist carpenters and masons with layout and framing tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout shifts
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Perform light equipment operation under supervision
- Complete daily progress reports for supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work weekends (Sat/Sun 6AM-4PM)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn on-the-job skills
