Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support lead technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read Blueprints: Learn to interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to understand circuit layouts and wiring requirements.
- Perform Basic Wiring: Execute standard wiring tasks including running conduit, stripping wire, and terminating connections.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain Tools: Keep work area clean, organized, and ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and provide updates on project progress.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We welcome candidates with zero experience who are eager to learn the trade.
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic measurements and reading a tape measure.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
