Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and safety inspections on equipment and wiring.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and local building codes at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and project managers regarding job progress and potential issues.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Handle electrical materials and tools with care and precision.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Must be willing to undergo a thorough background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- A strong desire to learn, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to safety.
- Availability to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
