Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to plan installations.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and circuits.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, including proper tool storage and safety equipment usage.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding project status and requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience required for the Apprentice role.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn the trade and a commitment to safety.
