Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with local and national electrical codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to determine the layout and wiring of electrical systems.
- Inspect electrical components, including circuit breakers, transformers, and other distribution boards, to identify hazards, defects, and necessary repairs.
- Ensure all work adheres to strict safety protocols and company quality standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues to provide efficient and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe for all personnel.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Residential Electrician License in Georgia (GA).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Current OSHA 30-hour certification is a plus.
