Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of electrical tasks, including residential and commercial wiring, panel upgrades, and lighting installations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan project execution.
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local Virginia codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems and equipment failures.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to OSHA safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license or Master Electrician license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and wiring systems.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
